What Is a Day-of Wedding Coordinator?

A day-of wedding coordinator is a person responsible for making sure the wedding day is executed perfectly. My role includes managing the timeline, overseeing vendors arrival and placement, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities.

I have the experience and expertise. I am confident I will do whats needed to make sure your day runs smooth!

Day-of Wedding Coordination

For those who are comfortable securing all their vendors and doing most of their wedding planning themselves, but want to ensure all their planning is executed flawlessly the day-of:

My services will include :

•Meeting 3 months before Wedding date to create Day of Wedding Timeline

• Meeting 1 week before Wedding

• Unlimited Text, E-mail, and Phone

• Wedding Day Timeline Creation

• Full Day Wedding Coordination 8-10 hours

• Point of Contact for Vendors and Guests

During the Event:

I will Assist in directing family and bridal party where to be and when.

Assist with timing and the flow of the event.

Check on Vendors , Florist , DJ, Caterers,  Bar tender, photographers and connect throughout the event.

Check on set up of design and décor rentals .

Review dining tables and décor items to make sure they are set up properly .

Assist guests to locate escort cards / tables for dining .

Remain easily accessible through the entire event .

End of event:

pack up gifts and cards, miscellaneous valuables, ceremony and reception items, stage and relocate to a designated person or vehicle at the end of the event.

Make sure the cleaning staff knows where to put everything and any final requests from the bride and Groom .
